What You'll Be Doing:

  • Drive property sales across both pre-market and active listings

  • Build and manage strong relationships with property partners to maximize sales

  • Provide expert guidance and regular updates to clients throughout the transaction process

  • Conduct professional presentations and property overviews via digital platforms and in-person meetings

  • Monitor and interpret local real estate trends to support pricing, valuation, and recommendations

What You'll Bring:

  • Fluency in German (C1 level or higher) and strong English communication (B2 minimum)

  • Previous experience in real estate or consultative sales with strong client interaction

  • A proactive, target-driven approach with excellent interpersonal skills

  • Tech-savvy mindset and comfort using sales tools and platforms

  • Familiarity with the Algarve region and its property market is a strong plus

  • Based locally or willing to relocate
