Role Overview
As a Senior B2B Travel Agent, you'll be the go-to expert for supporting business travellers with their bookings and resolving travel-related challenges. From routine questions to urgent itinerary changes, you'll deliver top-tier service that reflects the brands high standards.
Key Responsibilities

Provide exceptional, personalized assistance to corporate travellers via multiple communication channels

Support users with technical issues, platform queries, and time-sensitive travel concerns

Keep up with platform updates and industry trends to maintain service excellence

Collaborate with teams across regions and departments to ensure a seamless customer journey

Offer feedback to internal stakeholders, including product and engineering, to improve customer tools and processes

Achieve performance targets and KPIs while ensuring customer satisfaction
Candidate Profile

Native or fluent speaker of French, German, Italian or English with strong command of English (B2 level or higher) if this is not your native language

Prior experience in travel and hotel customer service environments

GDS knowledge required hands-on experience with Sabre, Amadeus, or Galileo is a must

Comfortable working in a KPI-driven role where performance metrics guide success

Skilled at tailoring verbal and written communication to suit individual customer needs

Enthusiastic team player who values feedback, collaboration, and shared success

Technically proficient with tools like Gmail, Zendesk, Slack, Salesforce, and internal travel platforms

Open to working on a rotating shift schedule covering Monday to Sunday, 7:00 AM 10:00 PM (including weekends and non-standard hours)
