Position Title: AI Prompt Evaluator

Location: Essen, Germany

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct research and draft short-form AI prompts that are aligned with brand tone, voice, and linguistic standards

  • Write, refine, and organize conversational scripts that result in smooth, natural-sounding user interactions

  • Collaborate on the enhancement of AI-driven speech systems by developing thoughtful dialogues across a broad range of subject matter, including complex or sensitive themes

  • Carefully review text-based content to verify factual accuracy, coherence, and adherence to internal style guides

  • Evaluate generated responses for clarity, tone, and alignment with the intended communication objective

  • Contribute fresh ideas for prompt topics and structure to enhance interaction quality and user experience

Candidate Profile

  • Native-level or fluent speaker of Korean (minimum C1) and capable communicator in English (minimum B2 level)

  • Strong grasp of grammar, syntax, and written language techniques

  • Demonstrated creativity in language usage, content creation, or writing for interactive mediums

  • Comfortable analyzing user interactions and data insights to optimize content output

  • Able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently with limited supervision

  • Attentive to detail and confident in expressing ideas clearly and concisely

  • Experienced or open to working with content that includes potentially sensitive or nuanced topics

  • Able to simplify complex information for broader audiences
