What You'll Be Doing:

• Create flawless, camera-ready looks from professional makeup to polished hairstyles

• Cover tattoos and ensure talent looks sharp and on-brand every time they step into the spotlight

• Keep tools and workspaces clean, organized, and fully stocked

• Train and support team members in styling standards be the go-to beauty expert on set

• Handle requests like a pro, with a friendly smile and calm confidence, no matter what shift youre working

• Keep the energy high and the vibe positive while managing multiple tasks with grace

What You Bring:

• Fluency in Turkish (C1) and solid English (B2)

• 1+ year of real-world experience in makeup and hairstyling

• A diploma or professional certificate in hairstyling or a similar beauty/artistic field

• A solid understanding of what looks great on camera (bonus if you've worked in broadcast!)

• Tech-savvy enough to handle basic scheduling and communication tools

• Strong attention to detail and a calm, professional presence even in a fast-paced environment

• A love for working with people and making them feel confident, comfortable, and camera-ready
