What You'll Do:

• Be the go-to person for clients and stakeholders, ensuring smooth operations and strong relationships

• Set clear program goals aligned with strategic business outcomes, and inspire your team to deliver on them

• Oversee performance targets, commission plans, and incentives that drive results

• Lead key business reviews and confidently present insights to executive audiences

• Keep a close eye on team performance through forecasting, quota management, and data analysis

• Coach, support, and grow your team through structured feedback, mentoring, and career development

• Motivate individuals by understanding what drives them and help them grow in the direction that matters to them

• Ensure your team hits milestones and delivers results with precision and accountability

• Shape a high-performing culture through thoughtful hiring, onboarding, and talent retention strategies

• Collaborate with departments like Talent, Operations, and Business Intelligence to achieve success together

• Stay one step ahead by driving strategic improvements that reflect market shifts and business needs

• Ensure compliance with local labour laws, policies, and standards all while maintaining a positive, respectful culture

What You Bring to the Table:

• Fluent English (C1+) with outstanding written and verbal communication skills

• 5+ years in a sales-driven environment, ideally in SaaS or tech

• 3+ years of experience managing and mentoring people

• A strong track record in stakeholder management and client engagement

• Proven ability to hit or exceed sales targets bonus points if you've led hybrid or remote teams

• Analytical mindset with the ability to turn sales data into actionable insights

• Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales enablement tools

• Collaborative approach and experience working cross-functionally with multiple departments

• Confident presenter comfortable leading discussions with senior leadership

• Experience in structured coaching and driving improvements in sales performance

• Solid grasp of project management principles and timeline tracking

• Familiar with budgeting and managing financials related to program operations
