We're Hiring: Financial Manager (Part-Time) 2 days/week

This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of the full finance function, all while working remotely, flexibly, and with a bit of good humour thrown in.
What You'll Be Doing:

Keeping the ship steady by managing day-to-day financials payables, receivables, payroll, VAT returns, expenses, and tax compliance

Overseeing and fine-tuning our financial systems, reports, and controls

Producing accurate, timely management accounts and financial reports (no faffing)

Building forward-looking forecasting models that actually help us plan

Monitoring cash flow and spotting trends before they become surprises

Supporting budget prep and digging into variances and explaining them in plain English

Offering insight and commercial sense through KPI dashboards and meaningful data
-
Finding smart ways to save money and spot revenue opportunities
-
Working with auditors and keeping us squeaky clean come audit season

Collaborating with commercial teams to guide sound financial decisions

Liaising with banks, auditors, solicitors, and tax authorities across countries and time zones
What You'll Bring:

Degree in Business, Finance, or a related area
-
Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA)

5+ years post-qualification experience in a finance role (services sector a plus)

Strong working knowledge of Irish and international accounting standards

Proven experience with cash flow management, forecasting, and financial reporting

Great with systems and always looking for ways to do things better

Able to work independently and juggle priorities without breaking a sweat

Analytical mind with a knack for simplifying complex data

Confident communicator who's good with people and partners

Comfortable with financial modelling, KPIs, and performance tracking

Bonus points if you've worked in e-commerce, international operations, or know a thing or two about Spanish or Portuguese tax and accounting
