We're looking for a motivated Operations Manager to take charge of our Bulgarian operations including the setup and ongoing success of our Live Casino studio in Sofia. This is your chance to be part of something big from the ground up.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Leading the development and rollout of operational strategies tailored for the Bulgarian market, aligned with global standards

• Managing the full setup and operational launch of our new Live Casino studio from timelines to talent

• Running day-to-day operations with a focus on efficiency, quality, and compliance

• Building and mentoring a high-performing local team, while fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence

• Partnering with HR on recruitment and retention strategies specific to the Bulgarian talent market

• Using data to improve workflows, boost productivity, and optimize resource use

• Ensuring all local activities are fully compliant with Bulgarian laws and industry regulations

• Managing budgets, vendor relationships, and facility operations to deliver results cost-effectively

Who You Are:

• Fluent in Bulgarian and English written and spoken

• Hold a degree in Business, Operations, or a related field (Masters a plus)

• Ideally certified in PMP, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies

• Have solid leadership experience in operations management, preferably in iGaming, entertainment, or similar fast-paced industries

• Experienced in setting up and scaling operations in Bulgaria

• Skilled in stakeholder management, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration

• Strategic thinker with strong execution and decision-making abilities

• Comfortable leading teams and managing deadlines under pressure
