What You'll Be Doing:

• Leading key marketing initiatives from website redesigns and brand campaigns to content and communications

• Conducting market research to identify trends, spot new opportunities, and sharpen competitive positioning

• Planning and delivering integrated marketing campaigns that drive engagement across channels

• Writing clear, strategic campaign briefs, tracking performance, and delivering actionable post-campaign reports

• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure marketing efforts align with business goals and stand out in a crowded space

What Were Looking For:

• Fluency in English (C1+), with excellent writing and communication skills

• Fluency in Thai or Malay is a strong plus

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field

• 3+ years of experience in marketing within FX, FinTech, or similar high-regulation industries

• Strong understanding of financial products and customer journeys in the finance space

• Proven success executing multi-channel marketing campaigns

• Confident managing projects independently and delivering on time, every time

• Comfortable with analytics tools, CRM platforms, and marketing automation

• A strategic thinker with a creative, problem-solving mindset
