Job Summary

We are seeking experienced loan officers with a background in the mortgage industry or high-level sales professionals with a proven track record of success. As a Loan Origination Professional at ZINC, you will:

• Identify real estate investors and brokers needing financing for their projects
• Match projects to our program guidelines
• Close deals efficiently
• You will build and maintain relationships with seasoned real estate brokers and investors, educate the market on ZINC's product set, and close various types of loans including Fix & Flip, New Construction, and Rental Property Loans.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage in high-volume outbound sales calling of leads in the CRM daily
• Sell the entire ZINC product suite to real estate investors and brokers
• Build and maintain a robust book of business through phone calls and network leveraging
• Develop and maintain relationships to foster repeat business
• Educate business partners and clients on ZINCs value proposition
• Attend industry events to promote the ZINC brand
• Provide exemplary customer service to investor and broker clients

Compensation and Benefits

• Uncapped Commissions: Up to 30% of Gross Loan Revenue (more than basis points paid by competitors)
• Sign-On Bonus: $5,000
• Bonuses: $5,000 Quarterly Bonus + $15,000 Annual Bonus
• Income Potential: First-year earnings range from $100K-$200K, with top performers earning far more
• Base Pay: Varies from $55,000 to $75,000 per year based on experience

Qualifications

Required:

• Industry experience and/or a proven track record of high-level sales success
• Excellent sales communication skills
• Proven ability to creatively source and develop new business
• High sales drive and strong verbal and phone sales skills
• Energetic and passionate about providing the best customer experience
• Motivation for high earnings

Optional:

• 3-5 years of loan origination experience, especially in private or hard money lending
• 2+ years of experience in the private lending industry (Fix and Flip, Bridge, New Construction, and DSCR) in single-family and multifamily asset classes

Work Schedule

• 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday
• No travel required
