We are seeking a passionate and strategic business partner to join our startup and play a pivotal role in driving client acquisition and growth for both our virtual assistant services and recruitment services. This is an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of a dynamic industry and make a real impact on the success of our business.

Responsibilities:

Market Research & Strategy:

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify ideal client segments for both virtual assistant and recruitment services.
  • Develop a comprehensive marketing strategy targeting those segments.
  • Define unique value propositions and messaging for each service line.

Client Acquisition & Relationship Building:

  • Implement the marketing strategy through various channels (online advertising, social media, content marketing, etc.).
  • Generate leads and actively identify potential clients.
  • Build relationships with potential clients, showcasing your company's value proposition.
  • Negotiate and close deals for both virtual assistant services and recruitment projects.

Branding & Content Creation:

  • Develop a strong brand identity for both aspects of the business.
  • Create engaging content (website copy, blog posts, social media posts) that educates and attracts potential clients.
  • Manage and optimize your online presence (website, social media) for lead generation.

Partnership Development:

  • Explore and initiate strategic partnerships to expand reach and access new clientele.
  • Manage and nurture existing partnerships for mutual benefit.

Qualifications:

  • BS Degree in Business Administration
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for building businesses from the ground up.
  • Strong presentation, organization, time management, and decision-making skills
  • Strong marketing and client acquisition skills, with a focus on digital channels.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Active team player and self-starter who can identify and understand priorities.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Creative and strategic thinking abilities, with a knack for identifying and seizing opportunities.
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn and grow as the business evolves.
  • Must be willing to work Mondays to Fridays, 9PM-6AM Philippines Time work schedule and be flexible according to business needs.
