  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Continuously enhance product knowledge to provide better support to customers

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Patience and empathy in dealing with customers
  • Proficient in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Suite)
  • Able to work remotely with minimal supervision
