The first is a comprehensive diagnostic tampon which analyses the vaginal microbiome, identifying imbalances around vaginal infections, STIs and fertility.

The second is the world's first online Period Pain Clinic with science-backed pain management solutions and world class aftercare from our network of vetted, empathetic physicians who specialise in chronic pelvic pain. Our tool enables the faster diagnosis of chronic pelvic pain conditions, including endometriosis, adenomyosis, fibroids and other, meaning anyone who experiences pain can get answers, treatments and get their life back on track. We encourage women & AFAB folks to talk about their experiences and help find solutions rather than excuses - we know it's not just period pains.

Daye is now entering an exciting period of growth and expansion, with a focus on scaling our digital acquisition channels and helping Daye scale spend effectively on performance channels.

About the Opportunity

Reporting to the Marketing Department , this is a growth-focused role that will support the wider acquisition strategy in preparation for Daye's next fundraising round, which is series B. We have ambitious growth goals ahead of us and need to 5x our current revenue in the next 14 months.

This role will work closely with the Marketing, Product and Creative teams and will need to understand the depths and nuances of the business and product strategy. This is a global role, where your work will cover the UK, EU and US markets and it is located in Sofia, Bulgaria.

What you'll be doing?

  • Develop and Execute Paid Media Campaigns: Lead the creation and management of best-in-class paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, and TikTok, focusing on sustainable customer acquisition growth.
  • Strategic and Tactical Execution: Drive strategic directions for paid media and manage the day-to-day operations of Paid Social channels and Paid Search campaigns, including bidding methodology, ad copy, landing page testing, and audience strategy.
  • Innovate in Data Collection and Analysis: Implement efficient data collection strategies using tools like Google Tag Manager and server-side tagging, while ensuring compliance with privacy regulations.
  • Developer Collaboration for Conversion Tracking and Data Collection: Work closely with developers to optimise conversion tracking, attribution, and data collection strategies, ensuring accuracy and compliance with privacy standards.
  • Experimentation and Data-Driven Decision Making: Develop an experimentation framework for paid media activities and translate data analytics into actionable strategies and experiments.
  • Cross-Channel Marketing Initiatives: Collaborate with the wider marketing team on cross-channel initiatives, ensuring alignment and excellence in execution for product launches and seasonal campaigns.

What you need to bring to the role?

  • Extensive Performance Marketing Experience: Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience across Paid Social (Meta, Google, TikTok) and Paid Search, preferably within DTC brands.
  • Advanced Technical Proficiency: Experience with tagging solutions like Google Tag Manager, along with extensive knowledge of consent mode, server-side tagging, offline conversions, and the ability to liaise effectively with development teams.
  • Innovation and Adaptability: A strong inclination for innovation in paid media management, with a focus on data-driven testing and adaptability to the evolving digital landscape.
  • Analytical and Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to analyze complex data sets, translate them into tactics, and communicate effectively across teams.
  • Positive Work Ethic and Eagerness to Learn: Enthusiastic and dedicated, with a willingness to continuously upskill in a dynamic startup environment.
