About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Zoho Developer to enhance and optimize our existing Zoho CRM environment. In this role, you will be responsible for developing custom solutions, implementing integrations with third-party platforms, and improving business processes through automation. You will play a key role in expanding our CRM capabilities as the business continues to grow.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, customize, and maintain the existing Zoho CRM system to meet business requirements.
  • Build and manage integrations between Zoho CRM and third-party applications, including:

    • Zoho Billing for customer billing and subscription management
    • Phone, SMS, and email communication platforms
    • Other business systems and APIs as required
  • Design and implement workflow automations, custom functions, and business process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain Deluge scripts, custom modules, reports, dashboards, and workflows.
  • Troubleshoot system issues, integration failures, and performance concerns.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable CRM solutions.
  • Ensure data integrity, security, and best practices across the Zoho ecosystem.
  • Document customizations, integrations, and technical processes.
  • Recommend new Zoho features and third-party integrations to improve operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Zoho Developer or in a similar CRM development role.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Zoho CRM customization and administration.
  • Experience with Zoho Billing (formerly Zoho Subscriptions/Books) and customer billing workflows.
  • Proficiency in Deluge scripting, Zoho APIs, REST APIs, and webhook integrations.
  • Experience integrating phone, SMS, and email platforms with Zoho CRM.
  • Strong understanding of API authentication methods (OAuth, REST, JSON, XML).
  • Experience working with third-party integrations and middleware tools is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of CRM automation, workflow optimization, and business process improvement.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience supporting Australian (AU) clients or businesses is an advantage.
  • Amenable to working fully onsite in Cubao, Quezon City.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with the broader Zoho ecosystem (Zoho Desk, Zoho Books, Zoho Analytics, Zoho Creator, Zoho Flow, etc.).
  • Experience integrating payment gateways and customer portals.
  • Familiarity with telephony platforms (Twilio, RingCentral, Aircall, etc.).
  • Experience in SaaS, customer service, or subscription-based businesses.
