About the Role

Were looking for an enthusiastic and results-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to help grow our client's online presence, drive engagement, and support sales for a health and wellness brand that promotes science-backed holistic products including light therapy devices, nutritional supplements, and wellness tools rooted in natural healing principles. This role combines content creation, SEO, digital campaign execution, analytics, and storytelling to connect with audiences interested in health, healing, and wellbeing.


Role Responsibilities

Content Strategy & Creation

  • Develop, write, edit, and publish high-quality content that aligns with our brands mission of holistic healing (e.g., blogs, landing pages, long-form articles, product descriptions, email campaigns).
  • Create educational and SEO-optimized content to support awareness of light therapy, wellness supplements, breath tools, and other product categories.
  • Work with design assets (images, graphics) to ensure content is visually compelling and supports user engagement.

SEO & Organic Growth

  • Build and execute an SEO strategy focused on organic search visibility, content optimization, and keyword discovery for core product categories (light therapy, supplements, wellness tools)
  • Conduct on-page and technical SEO audits, including metadata optimization, keyword mapping, internal linking, and content structure improvements.
  • Use tools like Google Analytics and Search Console to monitor search performance, optimize traffic, and report on key SEO metrics.

Digital Campaigns & Paid Media Support

  • Assist in the planning, execution, and performance analysis of paid ad campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Meta (Instagram/Facebook).
  • Monitor campaign performance and suggest optimizations to improve conversion, engagement, and ROI.

  • Collaborate with external partners or internal teams to align paid efforts with seasonal launches, product drops, and content pushes.

Email Marketing & Automation

  • Support email campaign creation from concept through execution, including audience segmentation, copywriting, A/B testing, and performance tracking.
  • Build nurture flows that educate subscribers about wellness topics and drive conversion while maintaining brand voice and tone.

Performance Analytics & Reporting

  • Track, analyze, and report on performance dashboards for SEO, content engagement, social channels, email campaigns, and paid advertising.
  • Translate analytics insights into clear recommendations for improving strategy, content, and user experience.

  • Present findings and proposed action plans in a way thats understandable to both marketing and non-marketing stakeholders.


Qualifications

Must-Have:

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, content creation, or SEO-focused roles.

  • Strong writing skills with the ability to craft clear, engaging content for online audiences.

  • Familiarity with SEO tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Search Console, keyword tools).

  • Basic understanding of paid media fundamentals and campaign optimization.

  • Ability to communicate complex ideas simply and clearly.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience in the health, wellness, or lifestyle product space (especially consumer wellness, light therapy, or supplements).

  • Experience creating email marketing campaigns and segmentation strategies.

  • Familiarity with ecommerce content management platforms.
