About the Role

JACSS Dynamic Business Outsourcing Solutions & Services, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Finance Operations Manager to oversee the financial operations of our US and UK clients. This role plays a critical part in ensuring accurate, efficient, and strategic financial management to support the companys growth and long-term objectives.

This is a senior-level position requiring strong adaptability, particularly in start-up environments where systems and procedures are continuously evolving and improving.

Key Responsibilities

1. Financial Operations Oversight

  • Manage financial operations for US and UK entities (US/UK and AU exposure is advantageous).
  • Ensure accurate and timely invoicing, reporting, and financial processes.
  • Maintain financial compliance across multi-entity operations.

2. Transition & Knowledge Transfer

  • Work closely with the current internal finance team.
  • Collaborate with external bookkeepers based in Australia:

    • Bookkeeper 1: Handles AU entities.
    • Bookkeeper 2: Handles US & UK entities.
  • Extract and document critical financial processes, particularly around:

    • Invoicing procedures
    • Day-to-day bookkeeping requirements
  • Gradually transition US & UK responsibilities from the external bookkeeper to the PH-based Finance Operations Manager, subject to successful knowledge transfer.

3. Systems & Process Improvement

  • Lead improvements in financial systems and procedures.
  • Focus on optimizing:

    • Invoicing accuracy
    • Cost of Sales (COS) tracking
    • Margin recognition and reporting
  • Drive process enhancements aligned with startup scalability and operational efficiency.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Strong experience managing US and UK financial operations (AU experience is a plus).
  • Ability to work in US or UK timezones.
  • Senior-level financial expertise with strong analytical and operational capabilities.
  • Proven experience in startup or fast-paced, evolving environments.
  • Strong process documentation and stakeholder coordination skills.
  • Ability to lead financial transitions and implement system improvements.
