About the Role
We are looking for a creative, organized, and detail-oriented Junior Marketing Assistant to support our marketing and recruitment initiatives. In this role, you will assist in managing social media platforms, creating engaging content, executing digital marketing campaigns, and providing administrative support to the Marketing team. Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management
- Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Create engaging content, including graphics, videos, captions, and promotional materials tailored to each platform.
- Schedule and publish social media posts using social media management tools.
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions to foster audience engagement and strengthen brand presence.
- Track and analyze social media performance, prepare reports, and recommend improvements based on campaign results.
- Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
Email Marketing
- Assist in planning, creating, scheduling, and executing email marketing campaigns.
- Monitor email campaign performance and provide reports with recommendations for optimization.
- Maintain and update email marketing lists while ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations.
Recruitment Marketing Support
- Support the Recruitment team by creating marketing collaterals and promotional content for job advertisements across various social media platforms.
- Assist in managing social media advertisements to support recruitment campaigns.
Administrative Support
- Provide general administrative support, including conducting research, coordinating with suppliers, organizing files, preparing reports, and assisting with marketing and company projects.
- Collaborate with the Marketing and Recruitment teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with company objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia Arts, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Previous internship or experience in marketing, social media management, or digital marketing is an advantage.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of social media marketing and digital marketing principles.
- Experience using design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is an advantage.
- Basic video editing skills are preferred.
- Familiarity with social media scheduling tools and email marketing platforms is a plus.
- Analytical and detail-oriented with the ability to interpret campaign performance metrics.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
