What you'll be doing

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Technical Writer or in a similar role within the Information & Communication Technology industry
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical information into clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation
  • Familiarity with various documentation tools and software, such as MS Office, Google Suite, and content management systems
  • Proficient in the use of English language and adhering to style guides and best practices
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and understand technical requirements
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to identify and resolve documentation-related issues
