What you'll be doing
- Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including user manuals, installation guides, and knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand technical requirements and translate complex information into easy-to-understand materials
- Ensure consistency and accuracy in the company's technical documentation across all products and services
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in technical writing
- Continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of the technical documentation
What we're looking for
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Technical Writer or in a similar role within the Information & Communication Technology industry
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical information into clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation
- Familiarity with various documentation tools and software, such as MS Office, Google Suite, and content management systems
- Proficient in the use of English language and adhering to style guides and best practices
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and understand technical requirements
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to identify and resolve documentation-related issues
