Position Overview:

We are currently seeking an IT Intern to join our team for a full-time, 3-month internship. Key Responsibilities:

- Assist the IT team in maintaining and troubleshooting hardware, software, and network systems

- Perform routine maintenance and updates on company devices and systems

- Provide technical support to employees and clients, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues

- Assist in setting up and configuring new hardware and software for employees

- Conduct research and provide recommendations for new technologies to improve company operations

- Assist in the implementation of cybersecurity measures to ensure the safety and security of company data

- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas and suggestions for process improvements

- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the IT industry

- Complete any other tasks or projects assigned by the IT team

Qualifications:

- Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field

- Basic knowledge of hardware, software, and network systems

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

- Prior experience in IT support is a plus, but not required
