About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our real estate operations. This role involves managing digital and administrative tasks, supporting marketing efforts, and maintaining accurate property and client data. The ideal candidate is highly organized, tech-savvy, and has a keen interest in real estate.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media & Marketing Support:

Create and manage content for social media channels, including drafting captions and scheduling posts on Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

Develop promotional materials and marketing collateral aligned with brand guidelines.

Produce labels for farm area posting and other marketing initiatives.
Property & Website Management:

Maintain and update listings on the company website, including open homes, new properties for sale, and sold properties.

Ensure all content is consistent with branding standards.

Conduct comparable sales research and property history research to support market insights.
Data Management & Reporting:

Maintain and update internal databases, spreadsheets, and reports.

Track buyer activity and compile market trend summaries.

Provide expired listings and over-90-day reports to sales agents.
Administrative Support:

Send entry notices when required.

Assist with ongoing task performance, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role, preferably within real estate.

Strong proficiency with social media platforms and basic content creation tools.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and database management tools.
