The Marketing Operations Administrator provides essential operational and content quality support to the Marketing and Brand team. This role plays a key behind-the-scenes function, ensuring marketing content is accurate, consistent, and aligned with brand standards. The role supports the operational delivery of marketing activity across automated restaurant content, newsletters, and social media campaigns, contributing to efficient, repeatable, and well-governed marketing processes. The role involves working with structured, repeatable processes in a fast-paced, tech-driven marketing environment
Key responsibilities
Content and copy quality
- Proofread, edit, and quality-check automated restaurant descriptions and pages to ensure accuracy, clarity, and brand tone
- Review spelling, grammar, formatting, and consistency across marketing content
- Generate and assist with automated newsletters when required
- Apply copy-editing best practices to ensure all consumer-facing content meets brand standards
Marketing operations support
- Assist the marketing team with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks
- Support the execution of marketing campaigns through content preparation and coordination
- Maintain templates, workflows, and documentation to support scalable marketing operations
Social media and campaign support
- Create templated social media content for restaurant showcase campaigns
- Assist the social media team by coordinating and facilitating restaurant bookings for content creators and influencers
- Help ensure campaign assets and schedules are accurate and delivered on time

Essential skills and experience
- Experience in an administrative, content, communications, or marketing support role, or equivalent transferable experience
- Exceptional written English with strong proofreading, spelling, grammar, and copy-editing skills
- High attention to detail and consistency
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Comfortable working with repetitive tasks and structured processes
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

- Previous exposure to marketing, digital platforms, or tech environments
