Admin Intern

About the Role

JACSS Dynamic Business Outsourcing Solutions & Services, Inc. is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Admin Intern (Business Administration) to join our team in Cubao, Quezon City. This is a contract-based internship designed to provide hands-on experience in administrative operations, bookkeeping support, and office coordination.

As an Admin Intern, you will play a key role in supporting daily business operations while gaining exposure to procurement, documentation, and financial processes.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative Support

• Provide general administrative assistance, including scheduling, calendar management, and meeting coordination
• Assist in documentation, filing, and maintaining organized records (physical and digital)
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally

Inventory and Procurement Support

• Assist in inventory checks and maintain accurate records of office supplies and furniture
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for ordering and delivery of supplies
• Help organize monthly engagement activities, including supplier coordination and creation of purchase orders

Bookkeeping and Finance Support

• Assist in manual bookkeeping tasks and basic financial documentation
• Record and organize petty cash receipts and vouchers
• Support in reconciling receipts and maintaining accurate financial records

General Support and Projects

• Support the team with various business administration tasks as needed
• Participate in projects and initiatives that contribute to the overall success of the organization

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration or a related field
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Able to work independently with guidance and collaboratively within a team
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and openness to feedback
• Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly
