Purpose of the Position

The Sales Representative is responsible for identifying customer needs and providing tailored removal and storage solutions that align with company service standards. This role plays a key part in converting sales leads, maintaining strong customer relationships, and supporting the broader sales team in achieving company targets while upholding the organization's values.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Service

  • Identify and assess customer needs to recommend suitable removal and storage solutions.
  • Handle a high volume of inbound sales enquiries professionally and efficiently.
  • Prepare accurate and detailed service quotations and proposals.
  • Conduct timely follow-ups with clients via phone and email to progress enquiries, answer questions, and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
  • Proactively manage the sales pipeline, ensuring all enquiries are followed through to completion and no sales opportunities are missed.
  • Build, maintain, and nurture long-term customer relationships through excellent communication and customer service.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Administration & CRM

  • Maintain accurate customer records, notes, and sales activities within the CRM system.
  • Complete all sales administration and documentation accurately and within required timeframes.

Collaboration & Professionalism

  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a seamless customer experience from initial enquiry through to service completion.
  • Demonstrate professionalism and uphold company values in all interactions with customers and colleagues.
