Were on the lookout for a proactive and detail-driven Marketing Assistant! Youll work closely with internal teams and store partners to ensure consistent, optimised, and engaging brand experiencesboth in-store and online. This is a cross-functional role focused on campaign execution, analytics, and performance optimisation across platforms including Meta, delivery aggregators, and Google Business.

Key Responsibilities:

Local Area Marketing (LAM)

  • Action ad hoc LAM requests from stores, supporting campaign development and digital needs.
  • Set up and report on Meta advertising campaigns to maximise spend efficiency and performance visibility.
  • Design and adapt store-specific creative using templated assets for both paid and organic content.
  • Assist stores with organic social media support providing creative assets and scheduling posts.

Delivery Aggregator Support

  • Set up small-budget campaigns and promotions on delivery platforms (e.g., Uber Eats, DoorDash, Menulog) using supplied briefs.
  • Manage store-specific promotions to ensure marketing activity remains controlled and brand-consistent.
  • Assist with menu and category optimisation to enhance user experience and boost performance on aggregator platforms.

Trading Hours

  • Manage updates to store trading hours during public holidays or on an ad hoc basis across relevant digital platforms.

Marketing Analytics

  • Compile reports on:

    • Organic social performance and engagement metrics.
    • Customer feedback trends and sentiment analysis.
    • Year-on-year campaign performance, identifying key learnings and opportunities.
    • LTO (Limited Time Offer) product performance, tracking sales uplift and campaign ROI.

Launch Document Preparation

  • Support the Marketing Manager in preparing launch documents, including:

    • Designing documents in Canva using brand templates for internal and partner use.
    • Uploading the launch documents onto the internal intranet and circulating via relevant communication channels.

Google Business Profile Management

  • Execute bulk Google Posts via 10 Thousand Feet to support new product launches and campaigns.
  • Monitor and report on Google review sentiment as part of ongoing brand health tracking.
  • Optimise Google Business Profiles for visibility and accuracy, including updates to hours, images, and business descriptions.

Knowledge/Skills/Experience:

  • 1-3 years experience in a marketing assistant or digital execution role.
  • Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager, Canva, and social scheduling tools.
  • Understanding of delivery platform interfaces and basic campaign management.
  • Strong reporting and analytical skills using platforms like Meta Insights, Google Business, and customer feedback tools.
