Social Media Specialist (Pooling)

We are looking for an experienced Social Media Specialist to join our team at DBOS. The Social Media Specialist will be responsible for creating and managing our social media presence across multiple platforms. This includes creating content, managing campaigns, and responding to customer inquiries.

The ideal candidate for this position will have a strong understanding of social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn. They should also be familiar with the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.

The Social Media Specialist's main duties will include:

Developing and implementing social media strategies to increase visibility and engagement

Creating content for social media channels, including images, videos, and written posts

Analyzing data to identify trends and insights

Monitoring and responding to customer inquiries

Keeping up-to-date with changes in all social platforms

Collaborating with other departments to ensure brand consistency

Managing campaigns to increase brand awareness and reach

Assisting with other digital marketing activities as needed

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field

3+ years of experience in social media management

Proficient in the use of social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Knowledge of SEO and other digital marketing strategies

Familiarity with analytics and reporting tools

Passion for social media and digital marketing
