Responsibilities:

  • Handle outbound (inbound, chat, and email)
  • Call existing customer to remind the validity of the policy and promote other coverage of the insurance
  • Answer calls from customers and potential customers inquiring for insurance
  • Explain product or service being offered to the customer and encourage the customer to proceed in getting the service
  • Reach the target sale given by the client
  • Assist on billing, policy information, and general inquiry
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using right methods and tools
  • Handle and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolutions
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Maintain customer information and companys document confidential
  • Must be a customer service-oriented representative
  • Send reports to Team Lead of total calls processed

Requirements:

  • Excellent English communication skills both verbal and written
  • Proven sales experience
  • Must have a minimum of two (2) years experience in the BPO industry
  • Customer service focused and great listening skills
  • Must be a good team player
  • Must be able to manage sensitive client information
  • Must have a good and positive working attitude
  • Familiar with CRM system and practices is a plus but not required
  • Computer literate
  • Ability to multi-task
