Responsibilities:
- Handle outbound (inbound, chat, and email)
- Call existing customer to remind the validity of the policy and promote other coverage of the insurance
- Answer calls from customers and potential customers inquiring for insurance
- Explain product or service being offered to the customer and encourage the customer to proceed in getting the service
- Reach the target sale given by the client
- Assist on billing, policy information, and general inquiry
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using right methods and tools
- Handle and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolutions
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Maintain customer information and companys document confidential
- Must be a customer service-oriented representative
- Send reports to Team Lead of total calls processed
Requirements:
- Excellent English communication skills both verbal and written
- Proven sales experience
- Must have a minimum of two (2) years experience in the BPO industry
- Customer service focused and great listening skills
- Must be a good team player
- Must be able to manage sensitive client information
- Must have a good and positive working attitude
- Familiar with CRM system and practices is a plus but not required
- Computer literate
- Ability to multi-task
