DBOS is looking for an experienced Reservations Specialist to work for an Australian Client! The ideal candidate is someone who can communicate through multiple channels and organized in managing multiple tasks.

Responsibilities:

  1. Answer or make phone calls and email correspondence to clients/customers
  2. Book and confirm reservations for customers
  3. Provide information and customer service through calls, emails or chat
  4. Organize and update database, records, reports and other administrative files needed
  5. Collaborate with the client, team members or suppliers/vendors
  6. Assist with special projects and other related tasks or duties as requested
  7. Ensure confidentiality of information and documents

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years proven track experience as a Reservations Specialist 
  • Prior experience with Car or Flight Reservation industry
  • Must be willing to work on weekends and holidays
  • Must have experience in taking calls and doing admin tasks
  • Must have exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Applications, and other systems or tools to ensure the efficient tracking and security of documents
  • Keen to details and well organized
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Preferably with Diploma in Business Studies/Management, Office Administration or any related field for this position
