Your Daily Tasks

  • Be the go-to support for our QLD Manager, handling outbound calls, emails, and text messages related to accident claims and customer enquiries with confidence and professionalism.
  • Keep communication channels running smoothly by responding promptly and professionally, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.
  • Keep our Fleet Movement Spreadsheet up to date with accurate customer correspondence, helping us stay on top of every detail.
  • Manage customer and vehicle information in our CRM system with precision and care.
  • Stay ahead of the game by tracking pending communications and escalating urgent matters as needed.
  • Keep the QLD Manager in the loop with important updates, customer concerns, and critical escalations.
  • Jump in to help schedule repairs, assessments, and related services when needed.
  • Liaise with internal and external insurers to keep claims and enquiries moving forward.
  • Pitch in on additional accident management and operational tasks to help the team succeed.
