- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy in data entry.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise tasks, and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, email platforms, and CRM systems.
- A proactive, self-motivated mindset with the initiative to anticipate needs and take action independently.
Your Daily Tasks
- Be the go-to support for our QLD Manager, handling outbound calls, emails, and text messages related to accident claims and customer enquiries with confidence and professionalism.
- Keep communication channels running smoothly by responding promptly and professionally, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.
- Keep our Fleet Movement Spreadsheet up to date with accurate customer correspondence, helping us stay on top of every detail.
- Manage customer and vehicle information in our CRM system with precision and care.
- Stay ahead of the game by tracking pending communications and escalating urgent matters as needed.
- Keep the QLD Manager in the loop with important updates, customer concerns, and critical escalations.
- Jump in to help schedule repairs, assessments, and related services when needed.
- Liaise with internal and external insurers to keep claims and enquiries moving forward.
- Pitch in on additional accident management and operational tasks to help the team succeed.
