Project Delivery Manager (Software Development)

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager in software development to oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of technical projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with quality standards.

This role serves as a bridge between business requirements and engineering execution, removing roadblocks, managing resources, and leading cross-functional teams. The successful candidate will also report directly to a client based in Australia, supporting an existing project focused on maintenance and functional improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end service delivery for software development projects.
• Lead and manage cross-functional teams, including developers and QA testers.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions aligned with business requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Drive continuous improvement in development processes, Agile practices, and delivery efficiency.
• Provide technical guidance on application architecture, mobile development, and cloud solutions.
• Communicate risks, issues, and escalations effectively.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Service Delivery, Project Management, or Software Development leadership roles.
• Strong understanding of application architecture, cloud platforms, CAS development, and OAKS workflow.
• Hands-on or working knowledge of Agile methodologies.
• Technical background in:
