Incident Coordinator – Asset Operations

Position Summary

The Incident Coordinator is responsible for the accurate and timely creation of operational incidents across all assets, including Solar Farms, Wind Farms, Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), and Gas Power Plants.

This role supports Asset Management, Data Analytics, Control Room, and Trading Room functions by ensuring all operational events are consistently recorded across internal and external platforms. The position plays a critical role in enabling effective asset management, reporting, and compliance within a 24/7 operational environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and log incidents across multiple systems, including:
  • Internal platforms: Monday.com, QEConnect, Excel-based trackers
  • External platforms: eMaint, MEX, Sun Manager, and other systems as required
• Capture and document all relevant operational events:
  • Between the end of the previous shift and the current working period
  • Ensuring no gaps in incident reporting coverage
• Perform weekly reconciliation activities:
  • Every Monday, create and log all incidents that occurred over the weekend
  • Ensure full continuity and completeness of records across the 24/7 operational period
• Maintain high levels of accuracy, consistency, and completeness in all incident data entries
• Strictly follow established procedures, workflows, and data standards
• Coordinate incident creation across the following functions:
  • Control Room Services
  • Trading Room Services
  • Asset Management Services
  • Data Analytics Services
• Identify, investigate, and escalate discrepancies, missing information, or inconsistencies in operational data

Experience & Qualifications

• Previous experience in administrative, operations support, or data management roles preferred
• Experience with CMMS or asset management systems is an advantage
• Familiarity with energy industry operations (solar, wind, BESS, or gas) is desirable but not required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other digital platforms

Work Structure & Expectations

• Responsible for maintaining continuity of incident reporting in a 24/7 operational environment
• Requires a high level of reliability, consistency, and accountability due to the critical nature of operational data
