Senior Systems Engineer (Remoto - Brasil)

We are looking for a Senior Systems Engineer to join an international infrastructure project for a client based in Portugal. This full remote position involves managing complex environments, optimizing systems, and solving enterprise-level challenges in collaboration with global IT teams.

Tasks 

• Manage and administer Active Directory environments: forests, domains, sites, DC, DNS, and DNS forwarding.
• Perform Kerberos ticket analysis, signing traffic troubleshooting, and cross-domain issue resolution.
• Automate and maintain system tasks with PowerShell scripting.
• Execute backup, restore, and disaster recovery strategies.
• Oversee Citrix environments: installation, configuration, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
• Manage Relay services: upgrades, tracking, and issue resolution.
• Administer ADFS and Azure SSO: creation of new relying party trusts, SSO applications, and troubleshooting.
• Provide server administration for physical and virtual servers, including OS upgrades and troubleshooting.
• Oversee DFS (File Server) administration.

Requirements 

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in Active Directory administration.
• Strong knowledge of domain relationships, DNS & DNS forwarding, and GPO.
• Expertise in troubleshooting Kerberos, signing traffic, cross-domain issues, and Event ID error analysis.
• Proven experience with Windows operating systems and Citrix administration.
• Solid skills in PowerShell scripting, system backup/restore, and disaster recovery.
• Mandatory: Portuguese (C2), English (B1), Spanish (A2).

Nice to have

• Microsoft Engineer certification relevant to the environment.
• Understanding of ITIL processes (incident, change, problem management).
