Patient Accounts - RCM (DCC)

Job Responsibilities

• Running patient balance and cost reports to work on a monthly basis in GAIA (Dialysis Billing Software)
• Completing the process of sending patients to collections
• Setting up payment plans
• Posting notes to patient accounts
• Additional duties as assigned

Work experience

• 2 - 4 Years of experience in AR/patient accounts/collections department in a US Based Call Center/Healthcare Company.

Education

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a well-reputed institute is required

Skills

• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Excellent in English speaking, writing, and listening.
• Must be PC proficient and able to thrive in a fast-paced setting; experience in Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, Word, and Excel a must.

Other details

· Workdays: Monday - Friday

· Work hours: 6 pm – 3 am PKT (Night shift)

· Gross Salary (USD): $400- $500
