Key Responsibilities:

Prospect and Generate Leads:
Identify and target potential clients through various lead generation strategies such as cold calling, email outreach, and networking.

Sales Presentations:

 Deliver compelling sales presentations to prospects, showcasing product features, benefits, and value propositions.


Close Sales: 

Negotiate and close sales deals while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process.


Maintain Relationships:

Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.


Product Knowledge: 

Stay up-to-date with the latest product offerings, industry trends, and competitive products to effectively position our offerings.


Track Sales Activity: 

Keep accurate records of sales activities, leads, customer interactions, and sales pipeline progress using CRM tools.


Achieve Sales Targets: 

Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.


Customer Support: 

Provide exceptional after-sales support by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any post-sale issues.


Collaborate with Team: 

Work closely with the marketing and customer support teams to ensure smooth transitions from sales to service and fulfillment.


Reporting: 

Provide regular reports on sales performance, market feedback, and opportunities for process improvement to sales managers or leadership.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience: Proven experience in sales.


Skills:

Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term relationships.

Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
