Banking & Finance Lawyer

Join our award winning Corporate Finance Practice Group to provide advice on a broad range of banking and finance matters to our clients.

Responsibilities

As a member of the team, you will work closely with our lawyers with extensive industry experience in banking and finance work. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• handling a full spectrum of domestic and cross-border financing transactions for banks, financial institutions and corporations;
• advising banks, financial institutions and FinTech companies on compliance with banking and financial services laws and regulations;
• working closely with partners, associates, and clients to ensure transactions are completed efficiently and effectively;
• developing and managing client relationships.

Requirements

• Qualified in Hong Kong with 2 to 5 years post qualification experience (PQE) in the banking and finance practice;
• Solid knowledge and understanding about the banking and finance services, with experience in handling complex financing transactions;
• Ability to work well individually and as a team with strong communication skills;
• A motivated, proactive and dynamic lawyer who has strong ability in building and maintaining client relationships;
• Excellent level of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese), ability to read simplified Chinese.
