Intellectual Property Paralegal/ Executive

Our team comprises highly professional and experienced IP lawyers, paralegals and executives.

Responsibilities

As a Paralegal/ Executive, you will work as part of a team of IP specialists with extensive industry experience, helping our clients solve their business issues. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Handle a wide range of trade mark matters including trade mark searches, prosecution work, oppositions and portfolio management;
• Draft and prepare legal documents and correspondence;
• Team Working: be prepared to cover the duties of teammates during periods of absence or to reinforce specific teams during surge activity period.

Requirements

• Hong Kong, mainland China or overseas degree holder with 1-2 years of working experience. Fresh graduate will also be considered;
• At least 1 to 2 years of IP / trade mark experience from law firm will be preferred;
• High proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese with the ability to read and write simplified and traditional Chinese characters; fluency in Mandarin is definitely an advantage;
• Experience in working with time critical deadlines and holding organisational responsibilities.
