Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a client base focused on direct mail execution, including printing, personalization, and postal logistics.
- Serve as the primary contact for clients, coordinating with production and operations to ensure seamless campaign delivery.
- Provide accurate pricing, estimating, and bid management for a variety of direct mail formats.
- Monitor schedules, materials, and postal requirements to ensure timely execution.
- Build long-term partnerships by providing exceptional service, communication, and problem-solving.
- Stay current on postal regulations, paper availability, and industry trends impacting production timelines and costs.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience selling direct mail production or print services.
- Strong knowledge of print processes (offset, digital, variable data printing, finishing, and postal logistics).
- Proven track record of managing client accounts that provide creative and data but outsource execution.
- Excellent estimating, project management, and client communication skills.
- Experience working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
- Understanding of hybrid print + digital marketing is a plus but not required.
