Journeyman – Overhead Crane Installation and Service Technician

We're looking for a Working Supervisor to lead our Overhead Crane Installation team and support complex service projects. You'll be on the job site, working alongside your crew, ensuring installs and repairs are done right, safely, and on schedule.

This is not a desk job.

What You'll Do

• Lead and work with the crane installation crew

• Install new overhead crane systems

• Perform complex service work as needed

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical issues

• Assign work, manage schedules, and keep jobs moving

• Enforce OSHA & CMAA safety standards

• Own quality and results

Travel

• 5–6 overnight travel days per month (average)

What Were Looking For

• Overhead crane installation and service experience

• Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills

• Lead or supervisor experience is preferred

• Can read prints, schematics, and layouts

• Safety-first, no corner-cutting
