Position: Accountant

You will be responsible for managing the financial records and transactions of the company. You will work closely with the finance team and other departments to ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial information. This is a full-time, on-site position that requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage all aspects of the company's financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and general ledger

- Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions

- Reconcile bank statements and other accounts on a regular basis

- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes

- Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends and variances

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial information

- Stay up-to-date with accounting regulations and best practices

- Assist with audits and tax preparations

- Support the finance team with ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is preferred

- 3+ years of experience in accounting or a related role

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software

- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Experience in the construction industry is a plus
