We are looking for a highly skilled Agile Project Manager with experience leading HR systems projects to join our team on an onsite contract basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong project management background, expertise in Agile and Scrum methodologies, and a proven track record of successfully delivering HR technology solutions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage HR systems implementation and enhancement projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, time, and budget.
  • Collaborate with HR, IT, and key stakeholders to define project goals, requirements, and success criteria.
  • Apply Agile and Scrum frameworks to drive project execution, ensuring adaptability to evolving business needs.
  • Manage project risks, dependencies, and resources effectively.
  • Conduct regular project reporting, stand-ups, and stakeholder updates.
  • Ensure alignment with best practices in HR technology and compliance with relevant policies.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performing project team environment.


Key Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager, with a focus on HR systems projects.
  • Strong expertise in Agile, Scrum, and traditional project management methodologies.
  • PMP, Agile, and Scrum certifications (mandatory).
  • Hands-on experience managing full lifecycle HRIS, Payroll, or Talent Management System implementations.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work onsite and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.
