We are looking for a highly skilled Agile Project Manager with experience leading HR systems projects to join our team on an onsite contract basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong project management background, expertise in Agile and Scrum methodologies, and a proven track record of successfully delivering HR technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage HR systems implementation and enhancement projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, time, and budget.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and key stakeholders to define project goals, requirements, and success criteria.
- Apply Agile and Scrum frameworks to drive project execution, ensuring adaptability to evolving business needs.
- Manage project risks, dependencies, and resources effectively.
- Conduct regular project reporting, stand-ups, and stakeholder updates.
- Ensure alignment with best practices in HR technology and compliance with relevant policies.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performing project team environment.
Key Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager, with a focus on HR systems projects.
- Strong expertise in Agile, Scrum, and traditional project management methodologies.
- PMP, Agile, and Scrum certifications (mandatory).
- Hands-on experience managing full lifecycle HRIS, Payroll, or Talent Management System implementations.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work onsite and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.
