What you will be doing:

• Developing custom model-driven apps using Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Automating and optimizing business processes with Power Automate
• Crafting sleek UI/UX elements with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• Leveraging PowerApps Component Framework (PCF) and Microsoft Dataverse
• Writing plugins, custom workflows, and business process flows
• Working across the Sales, Service, and Marketing modules in Dynamics
• Deploying, configuring, and enhancing Dynamics CRM solutions
• Collaborating in an Agile + DevOps setup with frequent releases and high ownership

What we are looking for:

• 3-5 years of solid hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform
• Proficient in model-driven app development, Power Automate, and front-end technologies
• Experience with PCF, plugin development, and integrating REST APIs
• Comfortable in high-level OOP languages like C# or Java
• Exposure to integration best practices and scalable system design
• A strong Agile mindset and experience with CI/CD and DevOps pipelines
