Digital Business Analyst - 6 Month contract

We are on the lookout for an experienced professional to join a fast-paced, collaborative team delivering cutting-edge digital and mobile initiatives in the insurance industry.

Role responsibilities:

• Engage deeply with diverse stakeholders to deliver holistic, systems-oriented business analysis.
• Work on mobile and digital projects with a focus on customer-centric design and usability.
• Apply a solid understanding of UX principles to shape intuitive digital experiences.
• Use Jira and Confluence to manage documentation, track progress, and support delivery.
• Translate business needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria using GHERKIN syntax.
• Collaborate with Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and PMs to ensure alignment on priorities.
• Leverage DevOps principles to support agile delivery and continuous improvement.
• Provide expert guidance on business analysis best practices within a high-performing Agile team.

Role requirements:

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience with digital and mobile projects non-negotiable.
• A formal qualification in Business Analysis (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent).
• Proven experience in Agile and SAFe environments.
• Strong background in stakeholder engagement, systems thinking, and problem-solving.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills able to bridge business and tech.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and other BA tools.
• Knowledge of DevOps principles and Agile delivery cycles.
