We are looking for an experienced Training Lead to take the reins of our SAP S/4HANA implementation training strategy ensuring smooth onboarding, confident users, and successful system adoption across the enterprise.

Role responsibilities:
- Lead the Training Strategy Design and execute a dynamic training plan tailored to the needs of various user groups across departments.
- Create Engaging Content Develop top-tier training materials including manuals, e-learning modules, and hands-on workshops.
- Deliver Impactful Training Facilitate sessions for end-users, super users, and project teams, making the complex feel simple.
- Measure & Improve Use feedback and assessment tools to refine training effectiveness and ensure continuous improvement.
- Be a Strategic Partner Collaborate with project managers, developers, and stakeholders to align training initiatives with business goals.
- Support Long-Term Adoption Provide post-implementation coaching and support to reinforce learning and drive lasting change.
Role requirements:
- 5+ years in training & development, including 3+ years focused on ERP systems (preferably SAP S/4HANA).
- Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA functionalities and business processes.
- Experience building and delivering interactive training programs.
- Proficiency with e-learning tools and content development platforms.
- Excellent presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple training streams within tight project timelines.
- SAP certifications are highly desirable.
