Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Technology Domain Specialist – Wallstreet Platform to join a leading financial services environment. This role requires a hands-on Wallstreet platform SME who can analyse current-state functionality, design future integration solutions, and support the ongoing stability and evolution of the Wallstreet platform.

The successful candidate will act as a critical bridge between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams, providing expert insight, guidance, and ownership from requirements through to delivery and support.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse and document existing Wallstreet platform functionality and its usage across the business
• Lead the solution design of future Wallstreet integration requirements, leveraging existing APIs and backend integrations
• Drive the resolution of technical issues impacting platform performance, stability, and availability
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and successful execution of in-flight initiatives
• Provide expert support, guidance, and training to internal teams and platform users
• Lead the detailed scoping of new and future Wallstreet product requirements
• Conduct regular platform and product reviews to ensure alignment with business and market needs

Required Skills & Experience

• Deep, hands-on experience with the Wallstreet application (essential)
• Proven experience in platform analysis, integration design, and production support
• Strong understanding of API-based and backend integrations
• Demonstrated ability to design, execute, and validate requirements end-to-end (cradle to grave)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience working in complex, regulated enterprise or financial services environments (preferred)
