Job Summary
Join our dynamic recruitment team as a Recruitment Associate, working in a hybrid setup with a schedule from 3:00PM to 12:00MN. You’ll be instrumental in identifying top talent, facilitating efficient hiring processes, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience. All necessary equipment will be provided to support your work effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Candidate Sourcing
Utilize job boards, social media, and other platforms to attract candidates.
Resume Screening & Interview Coordination
Review applicants’ resumes and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Phone Screening
Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
ATS Management
Maintain candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) keeping information current and accurate.
Job Posting & Promotion
Craft and distribute job advertisements across recruitment channels.
Recruitment Events
Support the planning and execution of job fairs and other recruitment initiatives.
Candidate Experience
Ensure candidates receive clear communication, timely feedback, and a professional experience throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications & Skills
Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or a related field; current students are welcome to apply.
Experience: At least 1 year experience in volume hiring in BPO sector
