IT Associate/ Web Developer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented IT Associate / Web Developer to support our organization’s daily technology operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical foundation, experience with WordPress, and a methodical approach to IT inventory documentation. This role involves a mix of technical support, system administration, and basic web management, making it ideal for someone looking to grow in a dynamic IT environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide first-level support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.

Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and peripheral devices.

Support and manage the company’s WordPress website, including updates, basic troubleshooting, and plugin management & proper utilization of Hubspot as necessary by Management

Maintain accurate documentation of IT inventory, including hardware assets, software licenses, and device assignments.

Set up and manage user accounts and permissions (Active Directory, Microsoft 365, etc.).

Assist in the onboarding/offboarding process with IT equipment preparation and recovery.

Ensure systems comply with internal IT policies and cybersecurity standards.

Monitor and maintain performance of servers, networks, and workstations.

Document technical procedures and maintain internal knowledge bases.

Qualifications:

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

12 years of experience in IT support or helpdesk environment.

Hands-on experience with WordPress (basic updates, plugin management, troubleshooting) & Hub Spot

Proven ability to manage IT inventory and maintain accurate records.

Solid understanding of Windows and/or Mac operating systems.

Familiarity with networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).

Experience with Microsoft Office 365 and cloud collaboration tools.

Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
