Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and customer-oriented Sales Associate to drive our sales initiatives, support team operations, and maintain excellent client relations under a hybrid work arrangement (9:00AM to 6:00PM, Monday to Friday). This role combines sales execution, team support, market analysis, and vendor coordination to consistently deliver outcomes that fuel growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate the sales team and support in recruiting and training new hires ensuring seamless onboarding and enhanced performance.

Assist the Customer Success Manager and Growth Director with relevant administrative and strategic tasks.

Provide product demonstrations to both staff and clients; lead in troubleshooting and resolving client complaints effectively.

Analyze sales team performance, scheduling refresher or training sessions based on observed needs.

Conduct market research, presenting insights to guide strategies and decisions.

Collaborate with the team to develop strategies that expand the customer base.

Set sales targets and design incentive schemes to motivate and align the team.

Produce accurate sales forecasts and optimize allocation of resources to meet targets.

Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers, ensuring reliable support for operations.

Build and maintain trust-based customer relationships, inspiring the team to uphold high service standards.

Stay informed on marketing advancements, integrating relevant innovations when applicable

Qualifications & Skills

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Experience: 23 years of experience in sales, marketing, coordination, or customer success.
