Job Summary

You will serve as the indispensable right-hand to the CEO / Managing Partner, supporting their leadership across both the law firm and consultancy units. This hybrid role involves high-level administrative management, strategic coordination, and seamless stakeholder engagementall delivered with utmost discretion and professionalism. Agency-standard tools and equipment will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

Manage intricate calendars, coordinate multi-unit meetings, and handle complex travel itineraries.

Draft, proofread, and manage communicationsincluding correspondence, presentations, executive reports, and legal documentation.

Coordinate strategic meetings: set agendas, distribute materials, take minutes, and ensure timely follow-up on action items.

Serve as liaison between the executive and internal teams, board members, clients, vendors, and external stakeholders.

Support file/doc management across both legal and consulting projects, including case files, client records, and confidential information.

Assist in special projects spanning both business unitse.g., operational improvements, ad hoc initiatives, board support, client engagements, or pitch preparation.

Handle expense tracking, invoice processing, billing tasks, and general administrative needs.

Process sensitive matters discreetly and maintain strict confidentiality at all times.

Qualifications & Skills

Education: Bachelor’s degree business, law, or a related field preferred.

Experience: 1-3+ years in high-level executive support within legal, consultancy, or professional services environments. Proven experience supporting C-Suite or Managing Partners is a plus.
