Job Title: Company Doctor (Night Shift)

Location: Filinvest Northgate, Alabang

Schedule: 10:00 PM 7:00 AM

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced physician to serve as our onsite company doctor during night hours. You will play a crucial role in ensuring employee health and safety, providing immediate medical care, and supporting our occupational health and wellness programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide medical evaluation, treatment, and first aid for employees during the night shift
• Respond to medical emergencies and coordinate external transfers if needed
• Conduct pre-employment and annual physical exams
• Maintain accurate and confidential medical records
• Collaborate with the OSH team on workplace wellness and occupational health initiatives

Qualifications

• Licensed Physician (MD) with active PRC registration
• Preferably with Occupational Medicine certification or willingness to complete
• At least 3 years of clinical experience, preferably in emergency, urgent care, or occupational health
• Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and ability to work independently
• Comfortable working a night shift schedule (10 PM 7 AM)
