Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Payroll Specialist with at least 2 years of experience to manage and process employee compensation accurately and on time. The ideal candidate must be well-versed in payroll regulations, have excellent analytical skills, and be able to work independently within a flexible day or mid-shift schedule in our Alabang office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely and accurate end-to-end payroll processing for all employees.
  • Review and validate attendance, overtime, deductions, and other payroll-related inputs.
  • Maintain and update payroll records and employee information.
  • Prepare payroll reports and respond to payroll-related inquiries from employees or management.
  • Ensure compliance with government regulations and company policies (e.g., SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR).
  • Coordinate with HR and Finance for payroll-related matters.
  • Assist with year-end tax reporting and audits.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll processing, preferably in a BPO or shared services environment.
  • Knowledge of Philippine labor and tax laws related to payroll.
  • Proficient in payroll systems and MS Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Willing to work onsite in Alabang on a flexible day or mid-shift schedule.

Work Arrangement

Hybrid model: Typically 4 days remote, 1 day onsite (flexible depending on client or team needs).
