Job Summary

Were seeking a highly organized and proactive Liaison Officer to act as a strategic bridge between our organization, government bodies, and external partners. In this dynamic role, you'll be instrumental in maintaining regulatory compliance, facilitating documentation, and ensuring seamless administrative and logistical support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Government & Third-Party Liaison
    Serve as the primary point of contact with government agencies and external partners, ensuring clear communication and timely responses on all relevant matters.

  • Permit, License & Certification Management
    Initiate, process, and follow up on permits, licenses, certifications, and other official documents, maintaining compliance and accuracy.

  • Paperwork Administration
    Oversee routine paperwork activities filing, organizing, and processing documentation to support smooth operations.

  • Renewals Oversight
    Monitor and manage the quarterly and annual renewal of all necessary permits, licenses, and certifications across various local government units and agencies.

  • Banking & Financial Transactions
    Handle all banking duties, including encashment, deposits, and payments, ensuring accurate financial record-keeping and reconciliation.

  • Transportation Coordination
    Arrange and/or personally transport executives, employees, and third parties as required ensuring courteous, safe, and timely service.

  • Ad Hoc Support
    Perform additional duties as assigned by your immediate supervisor or senior management, adapting flexibly to evolving needs and priorities.

Qualifications & Requirements

Experience: At least 2 years in liaison, administrative, or coordination rolesparticularly within government or regulatory environments.

Skills:
  • Strong written and verbal communication skill
  • Excellent organization, attention to detail, and multitasking abilities
  • Proficient in standard office tools (e.g., MS Office, internet systems)

  • Familiarity with documentation processes and government regulatory requirement


Other Requirements:

  • Valid drivers license to facilitate transport-related duties
  • NBI clearance, demonstrating a clean criminal record for background verification
