Job Summary:
The HR Compensation and Benefits Specialist is responsible for administering the company’s compensation structure and employee benefits programs. This role ensures accurate payroll support, benefits processing, compliance with labor laws, and contributes to initiatives that enhance employee satisfaction and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in implementing and maintaining compensation structures and benefits policies

  • Prepare and process payroll data, ensuring accuracy and timely distribution

  • Administer employee benefits programs including health insurance, government-mandated benefits, and other company perks

  • Maintain employee records related to compensation and benefits

  • Coordinate with vendors and government agencies regarding benefits enrollment, reporting, and compliance

  • Respond to employee queries on compensation, benefits, and payroll

  • Support audits and reports related to compensation, taxes, and benefits compliance

  • Assist in salary benchmarking and compensation reviews

  • Provide support in annual compensation planning and performance bonus computations

  • Collaborate with the HR team in developing policies to improve employee well-being

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field

  • At least 12 years of relevant experience in HR, payroll, or compensation and benefits

  • Knowledge of labor laws, government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG), and payroll systems

  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS tools

Preferred:

  • Experience with Sprout HR
